Water Treatment Maintenance & Service in Summit County

Keep your water system running right – without having to think about it.
Avoid cloudy water, pressure issues, and equipment problems with simple ongoing maintenance.

Ongoing water treatment maintenance for mountain homes in Summit County.

Keep your water system working the way it should

Water treatment systems are not set-and-forget equipment. Filters load up. Salt runs low. Water quality drifts. Chemical feed systems need to be checked. On well water, seasonal changes can affect performance.

Regular maintenance helps catch small issues before they turn into low pressure, poor water quality, equipment problems, or unnecessary repair costs.

This service is a good fit for:

  • Homes on well water
  • Homes on municipal water with softeners or filtration
  • Second homeowners who are not here full-time
  • Customers who want less guesswork and fewer surprises

What we service

We maintain many common residential water treatment setups, including:

  • Water softeners and refiners
  • Big Blue sediment filtration
  • Whole-home filtration systems
  • Chemical feed systems
  • Reverse osmosis systems
  • UV systems

We install mostly EcoWater and Pentair equipment, but we can service most major brands.

What happens on the first visit

During the first visit we look at the system, water source, current condition, and maintenance needs. We check performance, identify obvious issues, and recommend a service frequency based on the setup.

Depending on the system, the visit may include:

  • General system inspection
  • Hardness or performance check
  • Filter replacement
  • Salt refill
  • Chemical feed check
  • Basic adjustments
  • Notes on repair issues or recommended next steps

If we find anything outside normal maintenance, we will explain it and get approval before doing billable repair work.

Why regular maintenance matters

Regular service can help:

  • Maintain water quality and system performance
  • Prevent clogged filters and pressure loss
  • Catch salt bridging or settings issues early
  • Reduce wear on equipment
  • Identify repair needs before they become bigger problems
  • Keep well water systems working more consistently through changing conditions

Frequently Asked Questions

Yes. We install mostly EcoWater and Pentair, so we usually have common parts on hand, but we can service most major brands. Some systems may require special-order parts.

That depends on your water source, equipment, occupancy pattern, and how hands-on you want to be. If you are not in town often, or if your system tends to load filters quickly, more frequent service usually makes sense. We can recommend a schedule after the first visit.

We will explain what we found and your options. We do not start billable repair work without approval unless there is a true emergency where waiting would risk damage.

We serve Summit County, plus some surrounding areas where we already install and support systems. If you are just outside Summit County, call and ask.
